Refund policy

Your right to cancel
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within
14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled
goods.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at the following e-
mail address: info@flame-soycandle.co.uk to notify us about you
changing your mind, then return the purchased product if you already
received it.
If you cancel your contract, we will: refund you the price you paid for
the products (withing maximum 14 working days) in the same method
you use to do a payment.

Damaged products
If you have received a defective product, or the product has been
damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail: info@flame-
soycandle.co.uk to let us know. In the content of the email, describe the
damage of the product and attach its photos.
A member of the company's team will contact you within 48 hours at the
latest.
In the case of a defective product: we will ask you to send us the
damaged product back and send us a proof of payment for the shipment
to our email address.
Withing maximum 14 working days from receipt of return, we will:
refund you the price you paid for the products and proofed shipment
cost in the same method you use to do a payment.

or failure to perform any of its obligations with respect to products
ordered by if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its

any of its obligations under these Terms to any third party. You may not
assign or transfer any of your rights or subcontract any of your
obligations under these Terms except with the written consent of FLAME
